Thank You for Parks and Not Wreck Creating

The Department of the Interior runs the show when we’re talking about parks and recreation and other things connected with management of approximately one fifth of the land that makes up this nation.

Ken Salazar is the Secretary of the Interior, the boss of the great Outdoors.

Does he drive around in a big vehicle, keeping a close eye on;

388 National Parks

544 Wild Life Sanctuaries

476 Dams

348 Reservoirs

and all those other things that are significant to the quality of life in America?

I cant’ know.

But I bet he doesn’t litter.

I bet he recycles all those letters he gets from lobbyists who want to undermine our awareness of the impact of climate change, off shore drilling, and the loss of species that like living in pretty places.

Secretary Salazar is also the guy you want to talk to if you’d like to get a pass to visit all the beautiful places we have here in America.

You can contact Secretary Salazar to get your

National Parks Pass

so you can drive around in a big vehicle and keep an eye on;

388 National Parks

544 Wild Life Sanctuaries

476 Dams

348 Reservoirs

But Wreck Creating is the enemy of Recreating in our national parks, so don’t throw your pass on the ground, or leave it in a Wild Life Reserve where some unsuspecting living thing might eat it and get sick, okay?

PS

You don’t even need a pass to visit PERU

while it is still beautiful.
