Thank You for Stamina

I am almost recuperated from the road trip… caught a cold, broke my toe, and generally just feeling tuckered out after a wonderful and exciting trip. On the road home these Elk were sitting gracefully in the rain off Highway 101. In Native American lore the medicine of Elk is Stamina.

I am in need of a bit of that medicine right now.

  1. Oh, the elk are beautiful.

  2. Gosh . . .

Sorry2read that you got injured and caught a cold on top of it. You really MUST have considerable stamina AND inner-strength to still be counting blessings in life and being your upbeat self while going through all that. I hope that the road-trip was at least fun and enjoyable otherwise.

    Get well soon (((((HUGS)))))

  3. Wow. The elk are beautiful. (Almost echoing David.)

I hope that elk medicine works for you soon.

  4. Beautiful elk. Love your posts.

    I *live* on highway 101! ~waves south~

  6. Love the elk photos. Made my afternoon. L.
